At Yemaya Swimwear, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the UK and internationally. Below are the details of our delivery, return, and exchange policies:

DELIVERY 

UK Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

  • Express Delivery: Receive your order within 1-2 working days for an additional fee.

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £75.

International Delivery:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 7-14 working days.

  • Express International Shipping: Receive your order within 3-7 working days. Additional fees apply.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

    • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Process for Exchanges:

    • Contact our customer service team at customerservice@yemaya-swimwear.com to initiate an exchange.

    • Once approved, return the item(s) as per the instructions provided.

    • We will send out the replacement item(s) upon receiving the original product.

How to Return or Exchange Items:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customerservice@yemaya-swimwear.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely with the return form provided.

  3. Send Your Return: Use a tracked delivery service to return your item(s) to the address provided by our team. Keep the tracking number for your records.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear without hygiene liners.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

You have the right to cancel the purchase of an item without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the order. 

If you are in possession of the items you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the items back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.  

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
